About these terms
By using this website or booking travel through Magical Family Adventures you agree to these terms. If you book on behalf of other travelers, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for them.
Our role as an agency
We act as an agent for travel suppliers such as resorts, cruise lines, tour operators and airlines. Those suppliers set their own terms, and their terms govern your travel. We are not responsible for supplier acts, omissions, delays or service failures.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates until a booking is confirmed and deposited. Prices, availability and promotions can change without notice and are not held until a supplier confirms them.
Payments and deposits
Deposits and final payments are due on the schedule provided with your booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Missing a payment deadline may cause a supplier to cancel your reservation.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation rules are set by each supplier and are shared with you before you pay. Any agency planning fee, if one applies, is disclosed in advance and is non-refundable once planning work has begun.
Travel documents and insurance
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, identification and any health documentation required. We strongly recommend travel protection and will present options with every quote.
